Seems it just by checking out the site, Terms and Conditions, and the site's FAQ. A couple things I noticed though, it's only for residence in the 50 US States, and those between the ages of 6-17.

I am 16 but live in Europe,I suspected that it's only for US since they give away Amazon US gift cards and not for every amazon counterpart.

I have won LOTS of prizes from eprize. They do promotions for some of the biggest companies. Eprize is legit.
