Can't enter Fallout: New Vegas DLC giveaway

Someone mentioned that Fallout Newvegas has a different localization for Russian users. Not sure if that's true or the problem.

If you just recently bought it, you need to force Steamgifts to sync your account. http://www.steamgifts.com/sync

You're from Poland so it might well be that your version is the same as the Russian one.

I have a Russian version of the base game, but there is no Russian version of DLCs for this game. There is only one version of DLC which is valid for any version of base game. So I would really like to enter that giveaway ^_^ but i have no chance, because steamgifts thinks, there is some difference..:(

How can you tell which version you have?

Then can some mod (Cult, I'm looking at you!) manually sign me up for that New Vegas DLC on the first page?

They are two versions of Fallout NV: one for Poland, Russia and other countries in Europe (but not for all European countries) and second for rest of the world. This DLC working only with second version, Fallout NV for Poland don't have working DLCs yet :( Sad but true.

It's fixed. Resync and the game should now appear in your library, and you'll be able to enter.

I've tried doing a Resync and I have no joy here. I tried to join various different giveaways and the button does not activate the giveaway. It stays green. I don't see a message anywhere saying I don't have the "base game" or whatever. So something else is going on.
