After 7 Days The Winner Marked As "Not Received"

Hello everyone!

I created a giveaway on March 3rd. One of the winners was offline when he won the game, and he continued to stay offline, until today. I created a ticket before, about "request new winner" but ticket is not reanswered yet. My problem is the winner came online today and he marked as "not received".

My question is after reroll, does this mark still look "not received"?

No. You'll have a new winner for the same giveaway.

Received information is tied to your active winner. Your old winner and their information is completely replaced by the new one.
Both you and the new winner should give each other the usual 7 days to attempt to send and receive the game, just like with a normal win.
