Should I wait for the bundles to end so I giveaway the games I don't intend to keep?
People can end up buying the bundle and having to manually leave some giveaways, because SG have some issues about appids, like Sonic Generations Collection =/= Sonic Generations + Nights DLC.
If there's less chance to win a giveaway, maybe they feel the need of buying the bundle. And if they buy the bundle, they can giveaway the keys they don't want too...

You can absolutely do them now while the Bundle is still running but there's usually a flood with GAs from current Bundles so what I like to do is hold on to my keys for a while and then create GAs for them when they have become rare.
New Humble Telltale Bundle but without Back to the Future (although it was in T1 last time) ? Time to warm up the Flux capacitor :D

Once I have bought the games, I should be able to do what I like with them when I want. I am getting to the stage where I have a fair amount of dupes which are doing nothing. I'd much rather they be used or taken by someone that wants them.

Real life. A lot of the bundles I buy now and have like 2 or 3 dupes. I'd rather give the extra games away then waste them. With regards to what you said earlier, "People can end up buying the bundle and having to manually leave some giveaways, because SG have some issues about appids, like Sonic Generations Collection =/= Sonic Generations + Nights DLC.", this is relatively, a smaller number of games in the grand number of games being given. Also, if you have already synced your account after activating games bought from bundles, it will remove you from most of the games you have won/activated from your entries automatically.

with those games, just click on the eye icon with a line drawn down over it next to the name of the game and you can hide those games so you don't have to see them again.
Its what I do :)

It took me a while on SG before I found out that little tip too. Makes it so much easier to filter out games I didn't want or see.

I tend to wait. My reasons aren't especially compelling, just that the game seems to have more value when it's not available through a bundle, as the winner no longer has the option to spend, say, a buck to get it and a couple of other games (which they may in turn turn into giveaways, if they do but a bundle). That doesn't make making a giveaway during the bundle wrong, and I've had games I've gotten cheap through a sale or bundle turn into zero CV freebies while I waited, so there's that risk, as well.
