I got a few different things when I tried. First it told me there weren't anymore. Then it mention that there's an error a few times. Then it finally gave me a key. I've had the account for a long, long time so it wasn't due to registration, seems like it might just be due to a possible site overload on the backend of lots of people trying to get keys.

I have my correct email address ending with .cz there and will not change it just for this. I use the account for Islands of Insight.
Update: used secondary email ending with .com and it works, so you can only use email address ending with .com or it will not work. You can probably change the email back after an hour.

Seems its the communication preferences, I checked one of them and it went through, but when you check both of them, then you get the error. Not sure if there is a fix.

Oh indeed, the second one works but nor the first. I had only tried checking the first without the second and not the other way around :D
Let's hope they fix it soon, it's a bit funny that they'd run such a campaign in order to encourage people to share data, but while accepting that sharing is actually broken 👀

They blocked new accounts registration.
I didn't have any issues making a new account and going through the game redemption process, but...

Try refreshing the page- that seems to be the default message it gives when it runs into an issue fetching a key, meaning you might run into it just if the page doesn't load properly [eg, as may occur if the site is being overloaded] (which isn't to say that that's necessarily the case for you, but it's certainly worth giving a try).

Give it time, I had the same message but then it refreshed with the key
