You are allowed to enter but it wouldn't be a nice thing to do because you already own "most" of the bundle.

so you want to destroy a whole base game for some skins? Cause the DLCs for KF are nothing else but Skins for your model. No impact on the game at all.

Yes you can enter. But I don't think it's really fair. I also have the base game but dont have all the dlcs and I've never ever entered any Killing Floor Complete Pack only for dlcs. If you don't see anything wrong with it, just enter and have fun! ;) Good luck.

Those dlc's are hilariously cheap and add nothing to the game (they're only there for cosmetic purposes) so entering any KF Complete Pack giveaways would be a pretty dick move IMO
