It's about a serial scammer that at the minimum scammed me and 5 other SG users with betakeys.

For future reference always check http://sgtools.info/ since non activated previous wins (regardless they got suspension for it or not) is a base for asking reroll before sending your gift.

besides reporting him you can also request a recieved status from SG staff by proving that you really sent him the gift so you dont lose your cv

And they check reroll requests faster than they do user reports. I've had user reports pending for months with no answer (probably due to the amount of them).

report him now. but ask him why didn't he activated the game you gave him? tell him it's the rules...

I did that one time. User told me right in the Face that will not activate it and give it to a friend. After that i got even asked whats wrong with me :S. Looked the User then up and found out that half of the won giveaways where not activated.

They get permaban. There were some users who were very loved here.
Got pissed once or twice. Said something they shouldn't. Blam... Gone.
The hammer for regifts is slower, but i saw it used several times. Can't tell you which, calling out you see

The user BigTxT is talking about didn't regift the games on SG, he gave them to a friend, so the user just get his suspension for not activating the gift and not for regifting.
Also a guy who has 6 unactivated gifts and even traded those 6 games here on this site just got his 5 day suspension each time and no perm ban...

Maybe it depends on who the support is. Or maybe didn't notice the previous offense?

One winner of me didn't activate his win and I reported him. A couple of days later I saw that he was suspended for 4 weeks. So maybe he had more than my gift not activated. And the thing is when he came back out of his suspension he did a unbundled giveaway that after 7 days was marked not received.

I don't think you need to wait for 7 days if the gift isn't in his ivnetory anymore. Then it's clear he didn't intend to activate it, and can't activate it anymore.

If only every one will check. Some of my rerolls are for users who got gifts from the active people around. Those who mind who wins their ga, hence private or something. Yet, they fail to check the winner

just create a ticket and tell the support all the truth, he should get banned for this

if you send a user report it will be queued since the are thousands and support is overwhelmed.
on the other hand, reroll requests are handled very quickly. always check your winners before sending gifts. if you spot a private profile, unactivated or multiple wins just send a ticket.

A question. Winner of my last giveaway did not activate his gift and the gift that i sent to him is not in his inventory anymore, my question is do i need to wait 7 days before i report him for my giveaway or not? I checked his profile and he did not activate his previous giveaways also. What to do? Or maybe to do nothing? I know this question has been asked before and i am sorry but i can't find the specific topic. Thanks
