I've been blacklisted by 70 people.
I think most people who have been around awhile will say the same thing -- just ignore blacklists. You can't control them, and they are not necessarily given for logical reasons.

It's a lot, and I appreciate all of them, I get to see some great whitelist giveaways.
But I would say the same thing about whitelists -- try to ignore them. They're both just a byproduct of being active on the site.

Once someone offered me help to lvl up here and blacklists started to rain over me.
About my personal blacklist, I just blacklisted people making exactly the same repetitive comments in different Giveaways. And people who takes too long to claim their prizes. I don't want to deal with irresponsible winners.

Whitelists (559) and Blacklists (375) almost all of my giveaways are level 0 so everyone can enter and i have filed about 140 reroll requests because users breaking the rules and not activating won giveaways with most being accepted. some accounts even get banned here and ive gotten death threats on my steam account

ive found lower level winners to actually play the games they win far more often and not just collect them to sit on an imaginary shelf.
i play every single game i win here and plan on trying to play every single game i can in my library but a decent 30 to 50 games were online free games i added that have now been removed from steam so i will never truly be able to 100%
right now sitting at 85% of owned games played. would be far higher if i didnt use that script to add every single free steam game into my library.........i deeply regret it. would NUKE an account with game spam if you did it now with that amount of free garbage on steam

Honestly though, just ignore them. They don't matter in the grand scheme of things. Some people blacklist because they think it will bother you. I got a fair few for condemning war a couple of years ago. Kinda glad people like that blacklisted me, to be honest. Those are badges of honour.

I'm on 8 Blacklists and 157 Whitelists at the moment.
My first blacklist was a shock. A user had posted a key; I nabbed it and let them know. Shortly after, they blacklisted me. The key had been posted within one of their giveaways, so I couldn't go back to the giveaway to ask about it. When I found a way to contact them, they told me the blacklist was because they didn't want people to win/receive multiple things from them. It bothered me (especially since in my case they basically punished someone for being honest), but I just let it be.
A few years ago I made a joke about a specific bundle from Humble Bundle because it had some anime games with questionable content. I got at least two blacklists for that.
Everything else, I don't know. Some disappear and seem to come back months later. I don't socialize much on here. Most of my posts are bumping, giving thanks, and wishing people happy cakeday/birthday. I assume most of my blacklists are either similar to the first time, or have something to do with my backlog and/or that I haven't given in a while.
The whitelists are probably a combination of people appreciating that there were no issues with keys I've given away, and some form of mutual whitelisting.
The only people I've ever blacklisted were re-gifters. I have removed a couple people from my whitelist after they got suspended, though.

Some folks dont enjoy users with bad ratio and also only regional GAs, entering their GAs. They see it as leeching i guess.
Or if they suspect users to be using tools to enter GAs. Thats another big reason 🤔

for me for an example initially idk why i got 4 blacklists (detail: before my bad post about how i was a bad guy for trying to remove one game from my library and bla bla bla just look into it on my posts so not even a reason to do it) and when the post came i got 9? (steamgifts says i got 10 overall so some people changed opinions on me) overall i got 10 blacklists, and 4 whitelists, first i got 3 around my first weeks and for last i got 1 (probably on my giveaway) so people, tell me, how many is yall ratio? mine is 6 blacklists more than whitelists, ( hope i can be redeemed as i only want peace and regret a bunch of my actions)
