I saw that I could enter but I also noticed that they were not for Magic 2013, which I own :P

it annoys me that you couldnt enter the ghoulkeeper foil for some reason and that i did not win march to war foil ^^

It happens with some games. The dlc isn't linked to the base game, so they're unlocked. Not quite sure how cg handles those, but yes they are very annoying.

Well, whenever I win I personally thank the person who gives me the game, either on steam or through email (usually steam) because I think it's reasonable to do when the person was kind enough to give a game. As for my winners, I've gotten thank yous from some, but not all; there's only so much you can do. As for people missing the base game, I did have to reroll 2 of my giveaways because of winners who don't pay attention to rules, so it happens, but if you get a winner that actually wants and enjoys the game, it's worth the reroll (even if it is annoying).

That is a monumental case of bad luck mate. Some people must be using a script to automatically enter giveaways, or have forgotten to turn on the Windows accessibility options, and are blindly hammering away at the mouse button in the hope of clicking on something good...

This site needs an IQ test in order to become a member. If you can score an IQ of more than 5 then you're in. I bet we would go from 177,417 members down to 1,000 within minutes.

Also , how are they even able to enter without having the base game? If I was missing the base game it doesn't allow me to enter the giveaway.
