No. You just need more points for each level.
All the Deadalic stuff you are giving away is 100P due to a glitch. It will be back to normal (much less CV for you), when the sale of the Daedalic bundles ends.
Edit: All the Daedalic games are bundled, so you get $15 right now as long as the CV is bloated. This will fall to $3 for most games, when the sale is over.

does the amount of points you got when giving away games worth 100 in points is reduced on high levels [ from level4 >>> level 5 for example
and the copies are still less than 4
