How is the value on your profile calculated?

Full price for anything that isn't a bundle game. Upto 30$ from bundle games with no non-bundle game. 30$ + 20% of value of non-bundle games for more bundle games. (or something like that)

Edit: unless you mean the value when you register (100$) which is simply the total value of the games on your steam account when you register.

Thank you people, chaosstorm, yes I was refering to the value thaken in consideration when you want to enter a contribution-restricted gift, not the register value.
