To keep in mind, always check in steamdb the packages to see the region locks. I can tell you right now that Fallout 4's key will only activate in Brazil. A shame, because the pricing was nice.

GamersGate 57% off
Edit: Damn those Skyrim DLC prices are insane. That is, they are insanely high still
Comment has been collapsed.
They were $1 each on Amazon at one time. That was nice.

And that's why I never buy their games until GOTY or something similar is released.
So, either look for Skyrim Legendary Edition which includes all the DLC for a much reasonable price (even if you already have the base game) or skip it and go straight to Special Edition (DLC are integrated there). Dunno will you get Special Edition as a free upgrade for the Legendary or not.
Comment has been collapsed.
You can download the DLC completely free on blogs (just search it on google).
I'm using pirated DLC with original skyrim, worth it dude.
DLC just like a mod. Exactly it is 'official mod'
Comment has been collapsed.
Yes, this is true for most software even but this is currently not a problem for me as I've already bought all of the DLC a long time ago :P
I just noticed that the prices are unusually high for, let's face it, quite limited DLC to a game as old as this one, because I like the game :)

https://steamdb.info/search/?a=sub&q=Fallout+4
In this package search, I found this package that says Fallout 4 BR.
https://steamdb.info/sub/83515/
So it's safe to assume the game is region locked for Brazil in regards of retail keys, from what this information gives me.
As for Dishonored 2, I didn't see any package that would indicate a Brazil lock, so it can be assumed it's only region locked to South America, I think.
Comment has been collapsed.
I believe the pricing differs for south american vs north american websites. The reduced pricing only applies to the south american website and is probably region locked.

I still went ahead and bought some games. I figure I owe them some coin for the insane amount of time I've spend playing their games anyway and I also need to buy some good games every once in a while, even though I've bought some of them earlier :P
DOOM and Wolfenstein: The Old Blood from Gamebillet First time I've used this store and I'm quite impressed. They even had bank payment on check out.
Wolfenstein: The New Order and Doom Classic Complete from WinGameStore
Quake Collection from Bundle Stars Star Deal
Looks like I managed to snag a pre-order of The New Order also, not bad, considering the release date :P
Edit: Oh noes! I've made a terrible mistake! Only DOOM has cards. OTOH they started dropping even before I've managed to download the game. A true mark of quality right there.
Edit #2: Damn, 2h download for DOOM, although preallocating for nearly 10 minutes on an SSD. Steam needs to update their distribution servers :P Wth is preallocating anyway?
Comment has been collapsed.
but for my country store (indonesia) little bit expensive than gamebillet ¯_(ツ)_/¯.
[update] got reply from twitter : "Hi, yes Wolfenstein games are row keys ( only country excluded is Germany) Also many Sega games are region locked in SEA"
so... yay...

I'm starting to wonder if we're seeing the "correct" prices for Nuuvem. The Prices I'm seeing are not very good from a consumers perspective :P
Edit: Thinking of picking up the Quake collection from them but GamersGate generally seem to have better deals on a quick glance

Wolfenstein: The New Order and Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is on GMG flash sale 4.99+15% off
Still, pretty good prices compared to normal sale prices and I'm so glad most of what Nuuvem sells is now also available in the U.S. the more key options the better.
Comment has been collapsed.
Yeah, I ended up passing on them but might regret it as it is rare for them to go on sale for 4.99 and I do want to play them at some point.Though 4.99 is the lowest you will find it through official outlets outside of rare sales deals like this extra 15% off.
When I post prices I don't factor in the likes of G2A,HRK and etc.I only do official resellers for reasons.I also use U.S. currency since that is my currency so if you're comparing it to a cheaper region then, of course, your price will be cheaper.Though most of the time they only get discounted 66% I should know I have been watching the sales for some time and last time they were this low was some time ago.
Though my reply at the time was just to let people know at the time it GMG had the lowest price that is not the case now but was then.Regardless of the previous low, the only price that matters is the current price if you want ot buy it now.
So if 75% off or more does not seem interesting then I don't know what you would find interesting regardless of region pricing.

I ended up buying a crapload of Bethesda games because they tricked me with their recent good practices regarding DOOM :P
The lowest prices at the time were, and still is, $4.15 @ WinGameStore for The New Order and $4.45 @ GameBillet for The Old Blood. I'm almost always getting the highest prices since I'm in region EU1, or simply EU these days.
I didn't mean to imply that GMG was not worth considering but they did definitely not have the best price available. Actually, both games seem to be 79% off at GameBillet when I choose dollar as currency at ITAD so if one is looking to pick both up at the lowest price possible that's the store to choose right now :)

Fallout 4: €13.49
Fallout 4 DLC pack: €27.49
Latter adds like… what, ten hours of content to the 60+ hour game? I really wonder what Bethesda's marketing person thinks they will gain by keeping the season pass at this ridiculous price point for this long now. Is it some weird bet with another publisher on how many idiots will still buy it regardless? o.0

also note that almost no site has New Vegas Ultimate Edition on sale :,v
Comment has been collapsed.
GamesPlanet has it for around 8 GBP at 50% discount since January. They always remove it around the start of their winter sale and it gets stuck at -50% around the second week of January throughout the entire year. And last year I think it was almost at historical low at that price tag.

Requesting title change,
Like.... for real. It's practically everywhere.
Savemi was the first one I found out about. Doom and Fallout 4 are cheaper than anyone so far including Nuuvum, so I picked those up there, and because they seem pretty new to the scene and the store rep was super quick answering questions on reddit.,
All the stores are about the same except with each having like one or two different titles that are cheaper than anyone else, so you might shop around. It's pretty well spread out. I know Gamersgate has Fallout 4 Season pass for $25 too, and I'm planning to pick that up if I can ever friggin log in.
Steam is the most notable exception so far, but I wouldn't be surprised if that happens tomorrow when the sales switch over for the week.
So far I know of,
It's actually kinda weird. I don't think it said anniversary thing anywhere, just "bethesda summer sale" everwhere, so I wonder if somethings this up with all this or there's some other reason I'm missing.

My bad 🙁
I actually owned myself the same way. Only realized my mistake whenever I went to go buy it earlier. Maybe I subconsciously cut the price in half after already cut in half and it got cemented that way.

CDkeys got some store codes in the side, this is when new AAA releases get so cheap at the grey market. You will wait for a long time to see it at that price again, especially since these "misplaced" keys usually dry up after the first stock checkups as it gets a tad difficult to explain why so many disks are "damaged".
Comment has been collapsed.
GameBillet is American and Win/Mac Game Store is Canadian, so they carry WW keys as Bethesda does not believe in the NA region. (It is… probably one of the two or three positive things I can name regarding that company.) WinGameStore also seems to have the best prices on some of the games now.
DLgamer is French and they also stock WW keys.
Bundle Stars actually has ROW and not WW keys. For example, they do not stock any new Vegas or Dishonored RU keys (which actually means most of Eastern and Central Europe, including many EU countries), and ever since Bethesda just said fuck it, everyone East of Austria is now officially Russian, our regions are actually separated and locked down on Steam (although the keys will work and the games will be playable bought from there).
GamersGate, on the other hand, is the only legit store I know of beyond the grey and black market that carried RU keys for the affected regions for New Vegas/Dishonored. Maybe they still do.
Comment has been collapsed.
Yes. People tend to forget that ROW means Rest of the World, so it actually carries a region restriction, it is just an "everything else but…" restriction. But what people often refer to as ROW are actually worldwide keys, because that is the most common setup, especially with indie games.

Though zeruel132 isn't affected, other readers might be, therefore:
SteamDB doesn't mention a special sub for Germany, that's correct. But if you check the information on the sub sites it states that it can't be run in Germany, which is unfortunately true. Wolfenstein: TNO and TOB are both as censored versions in the German Steam storefront. For activation of uncensored ROW keys I had to use VPN (plus 3 months waiting time).

Yesterday, I was thinking that I wouldn't play Saints Row: Gat out of Hell because I have so much other stuff to play.
I decided that screw those games for that while and instead I'll just take time to play that. I didn't regret it one bit. It actually made me extremely excited about video games again. I'm excited to play more stuff in my library now. It's no longer a semi-chore.
All I'm saying is that if you have any interest in it, just check it out. Personally, I'd say that it's a very good game. A game that does give hope for quality games. It's not perfect, but it is very good for what it is. It'll take 1-2 days to complete (depending on your playstyle and the length of your sessions.
Finding that one good game can rekindle the hype inside of you. Hopefully I managed to make you think about that. It's okay if you don't buy it, but all I'm saying is that sometimes we should endulge ourselves, even if it doesn't sound like a great idea :D

Thanks a lot. I truly appreciate you taking the time to explain your point of view, which I can understand. I thought about it some more, and realised that I'm fine with not gaming right now. For the hour or so a day I spend on doing stuff and content consumption, I'm okay right now with reading, watching something and toying with RPG Maker.

Can anyone explain me the difference between WW and ROW? Thought they were both just worldwide keys?
Also, is this a trustworthy seller?
I have seen them before, but I don't know if a European can activate the key?
EDIT: Worked for me.
Comment has been collapsed.
WW = Any country can use it, without conditions.
RoW = Most countries can use it; some conditions apply.
You usually see this type of thing when the EU has it's own lock and NA becomes the "RoW" key (i.e. Anywhere but EU). Deep Silver and 2K also have similar region locks.

hmmm GameBibbet still doesn't seem to work for me get this error "An error has occurred while processing your card. try again in a little bit"

hmm turns out my Bank account sees GameBibbet as not trust worthy to deal with due to past history hmmm

*GameBillet lol hmm if my bank has refused to deal with them they must have a fairly bad history don't think it's worth risking it
Comment has been collapsed.
Maybe you should ask them what that's all about. They are quite big and I've never heard anything bad about them FWIW.

This is ridiculous when I think about it. Games like Fallout 3 and New Vegas which I've played the shit out of for 2.50$ each?! That's a good deal right derrrr.

I think the fact that I never played Fallout 1 or 2 might work in my favor. Plus I lived near Washington DC for many years, and even worked in the city for a couple of years. So I know the city well, and I think it will be cool to see how it looks in this game.

ROW Sale with almost the same prices on Bundle Stars :D :
ROW: https://www.bundlestars.com/en/games?publishers=Bethesda%20Softworks
ROW: https://www.gamersgate.com/campaign/id/4144/
ROW https://www.gamebillet.com/hotdeals?mid=33590&adv=true
WW http://www.wingamestore.com/showcase/Bethesda/
WW https://www.dlgamer.com/us/hotdeals
South America / Brasil: https://www.nuuvem.com/promo/especial-bethesda
Historical low for a couple of games, needless to say, On Nuuvem is very likely that all keys are southamerica only, some games say Brasil only which is concerning not sure if Brasil it its own region now, so keep that in mind.
