Exists in your account? But I Dont have it.?!?!!

Well, I was going to enter a giveaway for Warhammer 40000: Dawn of War II: Retribution.

But where I click to join it says "Exists In Your Account" But the thing is It does not. I looked in my steam library and I don't have it?

What does this mean and why cant I enter?

Ok, on that page I am looknig at the games in my account but it says I have it but I dont. :/

That's because your account was synchronized last time during a free weekend. Resync it again and everything would be fine.

Not necessarily. People who got "Last Standalone" are flagged as owning DoW2 Retribution, thus people who only got Last Standalone cannot enter for a DoW2 Retribution give-away.
