That's why making GAs without at least lvl 1 requirement is not being "newcomer friendly", but is just a case of feeding the leeches :(. My personal default is lvl 2, though, and I really wish, that they would put it in the GA defaults.

To be honest, most level 0 users are not active. Many register, enter a couple of 100 GAs, don't win and leave.
My guess would be that there are at most 50,000 more or less active users of all levels.

Was that a serious answer? It's just... that I doubt people would blacklist you for simply being Russian. There must be other reasons. Don't sweat it, everyone gets blacklisted at some point.

People are not a fan of users who mostly do region restricted AND group-only, especially if the entry numbers are usually under 20 in their giveaways. Smells a lot like internal CV trading.
