I'm not the most religious Christian, but I do celebrate Easter and Christmas by going to church.
Aside from those times I do try to live by the tenets of my religion, but I rarely go to church nowadays. That is due to 1) some conflicts I have with the church as an institution and 2) after my last move, I haven't found a parish closeby I like enough to go more often.
