Tak, swoją drogą nie tyle nie wie gdzie jest FAQ, co większość nawet nie szuka. Gdyby ktoś chciał to by znalazł.

Jesteś idealnym przykładem na to że twoje twierdzenie jest nieprawdziwe (jak ktoś nie umie szukać to nawet google mu nie pomoże). Poza tym zaskoczę cie, było już sporo osób które potwierdziło że FAQ chciało przeczytać ale przez niefortunne umiejscowienie nie mogło go znaleźć

Something like this, but more digitalized.

P.S: I actually had to told a friend twice that you couldn't give your library games. He even had a thread opened on steamtrades where he was offerings the games he didn't want to play anymore.

Games are locked to your library, they can not be given to others, or even removed from your library without help from Steam Support (and that results in it being gone forever, you won't get a giftable copy back).

You can only give games in your Steam inventory, or unused Steam redeemable keys from trustworthy sites (examples being Amazon, Green Man Gaming, Gamers Gate or the various bundle sites, though other sites do exist).
