Need some help with steam mobile

Since I get no help in the official steam mobile forums I thought I would ask here.

I have a Motorola Citrus and I am unable to login to steam. I've tried using the mobile app (2 different versions) and going thru my browser. After I enter my name/pw, that little busy circle comes up, makes a quarter turn and freezes. Nothing else is frozen, the browser still works fine but nothing happens. I think its supposed to be asking for a steamguard code but the box never appears nor do I receive any email.

tl:dr I cant login to steam thru app or web on my motorola citrus.

Any help would be appreciated.

i think when you login you're supposed to enter a text down for security reasons, don't put a short text, write a longer one
