Suggestion: How to solve the FAQ problem!

I like it. the quiz/riddle would solve people skipping it. But it should just appear on the first giveaway.

I'm administrating some huge forum, and we have a system where you have to answer a question to register, like "What is the fourth word in this question?" or "What's the second word in the title?". Apparently there are users, even english speaking ones(!), that can't solve this and contact us for help. I can imagine how many users would fail on the faq quiz. But on the other side, they shouldn't be here if they don't know the rules as well.

I think it should be mandatory for all members to wear painful shock collars, and if they break the rules they will be punished severely.

the first question: is trading on formus allowed?

the second: is invites trading allowed?

the third: is putting up a Humble Bundle as a game from it a allowed?

the fourth: is putting up multiplayer keys of Dark Messiah allowed?

the fifth: is putting up Dirt 3 as Dirt 1 or Dirt 2 allowed?

the sixth: is putting up a Humble Bundle which is on sale right now allowed?

the seventh: do you know that you GIVE AWAY to others by choosing a gift from the dropdown list, not GIVE a free game?

the eight: do you know you must have only ONE account for this site?

the ninth: did you give an invite by selling/exchanhings for something? (Doesn't matter what will be answered, if yes, cg gets some report and checks).

All questions must be in random order to force people to read them instead of using some kinda formula like "no-yes-no-no-yes" or other.

I'm in favor of an "I agree" thing on signup. One infraction? Ban. Simple, elegant.
