Some emails arrive with delay of ~5 minutes, sometimes more. That's because many providers use greylisting to block spam mails.

SteamGuard is sending e-mails that arrive in 30 seconds or less. I wiped cookies on my work PC today, and had to go through it for several browsers. So it's more likely that your e-mail provider is slow, or is filtering them as spam. Did you check your spam folders?

Yesterday, I was trying to log onto Steam in the browser...I got the SteamGuard pop up and went to my email. I literally tried this 20 times and never got an email. Finally, I deleted all of the cache and stuff and an email was sent to my account. I now have access to steam related things on my browser.
Now, the problem is that I'm having the same problem opening up the Steam application. Whenever I open up the application, the SteamGuard pops up and tells me that it sent an email to my account...but it hasn't. I've tried uninstalling Steam, logging in/out. There isn't really a setting for me to delete history so I'm unsure what to do. Any suggestions?
