Help me pick a game?

Soo I got 5 bucks on my Steam wallet, can you guys help me decide between:

-Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - Deluxe Edition (the only Batman game I'm missing)
-Mass Effect (It's must play, though I'm not much into western RPGs)
-Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Russia (the only Assassin's Creed I'm missing)
-Day of the Tentacle Remastered (a game from my childhood, I love it, but already played the original)

Tho if you'd like to buy then 2nd part you won't be able to get DLCs on Steam.
