As you might know the international men's day is on the 19th of November (sorry for being late with this thread, I had my hands full) and is meant to bring up positive male role models and bring a spotlight to issues that to a larger degree affects men, like poor mental health. This year an extra focus was put on the high suicide rate among men and to put a spotlight on how the mental healthcare system and society at large often fails to bring help to those in need before it's too late.
