Try steamtrades.com. But I really doubt you will find a steam key for it, being an Uplay game.

Seconding this. Guaranteed to get massively discounted over the holidays.

It's a great game, though. Easily the most fun I've had with any of the AssCreeds.

If you can wait, just wait for the autumn/winter sale. I think the entire series goes on sale for 75% off.

EDIT: Actually the lowest it's been was on Gamersgate for $4.99 on January 6 2013, so you can check that site as well around that time.

If you play TF2, go on the outpost and buy a copy with keys.

I don't think you can actually get a key, though.
