How do we know which games have been bundled and have a reduced price here?

It sucks giving away games that have been in your inventory and it's contribution value decreasing big time cause you don't know any better...

this. You might also want to check isthereanydeal.com for finding Bundle Games that have not been added to the list yet, but will sooner or later decrease in CV.
