To be fair to him, Manhunt is notorious for being banned in certain countries. All of them seem to be countries that also ban a lot of other violent games.
I know he should've looked out for it, but maybe he should get a second chance :D

If it’s a humble bundle key it shouldn’t actually be region locked - it can be activated on any account they are just not allowed to supply keys to people from banned countries
