what if I won something but the key they gave me was duplicated?

Hi, before anything else I read the faqs but didn't find the answer to my question. So I just woke up, found out I won something, but when I try to redeem the key, it says dup. What's the proper action for this? I dun wanna be accused of none activating/not marking at received since I never really received any working gifts.

Write it in the giveaway and the GA creator should provide a new key, if he doesn't do it you can mark it as not received after 1 week.

okay cool TY, I did write in the GA. The person who gives GA, has a really really good CV ratio, he has given more than what he receive.

Another option, is, if the creator asks, to accept the giveaway to be deleted. Maybe it was bought in a sale, and right now it's more expensive. Personally, I don't mind deleting if the GA creator asks.

was looking forward to play the game though. saw the gameplay sounds fun for like 5hrs, seems like easy finish.
