Just gonna be the killjoy person here :D

The problem with colour names (at least in English and some European languages from what I know) is that the word "blue" includes a really wide part of the color spectrum ranging from cyan to "middle-blue" to almost indigo. On the contrary "yellow" for instance is a really tiny band of colour, also light yellow isn't yellow anymore : it's called beige ; light red is called pink ; and dark orange is called brown. On the contrary light blue and dark blue - they're still called blue.
So surveys with names like this are biased. People who in fact like cyan (which is as different from blue than red is from orange) will answer blue, same as people who in fact like some kind of blueish indigo. If you put people who like red, orange and yellow under one single name (which wouldn't be more wrong than the blue thing), I'm sure it would be a lot more balanced.
Anyway, poor yellow is the best. :D
