Happy Birthday! This is a very generous gesture for completing your annual orbital trip.
To show my appreciation, let me give you a small mish-mash of facts:
-Every second you travel ~18.6 miles through space as the Earth orbits the Sun. That's 584 million miles a year.
-You would have to live to be 165 for Neptune to complete a full orbit around the sun in your lifetime.
-Your next year on earth will be a second longer than the last.
-You are orbiting the barycenter , or center of mass, between the Earth and the Sun. (Image below)
-It can be argued that the Earth orbits where the sun used to be 8 minutes ago because gravity doesn't propogate instantaneously through space time.
