Problem with timezones?

I've already asked support about this but even they gave up and couldn't give me an answer.

Basically my problem is: My giveaway can only start at 15 hours or more, even when I've put my time 'start' option as my current time, yes I clicked the 'now' button, yet it still says 'starts in 15 hours'.

Then I tried fixing this by changing around my computer's timezone setting to the correct one(Apparently mine was the wrong one all along) and now it's 23 hours instead of 15 :P

Hope you guys could help, I'd like my giveaways to start right then and there without waiting for 15 hours before people can actually enter it.

you can put the slider to the left. I almost always have to do that cause i have +1h when i press "now".

Oh thanks, tried that and managed to bring down to 4 hours but no further. I really wish they'd fixed this.

well,that happened to me a couple of times,so,if it says for example it starts after 15 hours,just delete it,make another giveaway 15 hours earlier than NOW,so,that is how you do it :/

Deleting giveaways removes 1 from your quota, I wouldn't recommend that.
