Trying give away a DLC but ...

I want to give away "Lord of the Rings Onlime: Steely Dawn Starter Pack" from Humble WB Bundle, the name doesn't appear in the box when I try to select the gift name, but we can see other people giving away this DLC. Any idea? Am I doing something wrong?

So many people gave it away, it wasn't enough members with the base game, so it was removed from the list.
The same happened to the Batman DLC.

They did that for the Arkham Origins DLC, since there were way more giveaways for that than owners of the base game. LotRO is free-to-play, so it doesn't have that problem.

Oh. I was sure the same happened to this DLC as well, even though it's free to play. There were still too few entries. But I seem to be wrong indeed. It's under "The" as you say.
