Rebind Bit Trip 2 Controls?

Ok so i just started playing BTR2, and i got to the part where i have to start using kick. in bit trip runner 1 it was simple wsad, but the a isnt bound to kick in this one... in fact it does nothing from what i can tell, and the kick is bound to k which is highly inconvenient because im used to playing with one hand on wsad and one hand on mouse, that felt natural. So my question is, has anyone found a way to rebind controls? because i dont see a way to do that and im gonna hate having to play with a controller because they failed to make it play like the previous bit trip, sad because i was really enjoying it too...
