dont bother you will have to idle constantly to get only 2-3 items worth the money in whole year, and market is so much crowded that you sell crates for 0.01 if you have luck to sell them.

Everything I've purchased this year has been from wallet money I made from the market. So far I have The Walking Dead, Quantum Conundrum, Lone Survivor, 4 pieces of Tropico 4 DLC (one to giveaway) another smaller game to giveaway and I still have a bit left with which I'll probably buy Don't Starve unless something I can't resist come up on sale.

Try unusual trading if you think you can handle it. I've made about $1300 by trading and selling unusual tf2 hats.

Still skeptical myself, but a little looking around seems to show rather favorable reviews, but as you noted, you don't make a lot of money doing it.

Oh lawdy, why I have been as low as signing up for PTC and survey sites once. It's a humongous waste of time, as you can't earn a lot with it (actually, doing the TF2 idling could earn you a LOT more than what earns you in all the available PTC sites altogether), and then there's the fact that more PTC sites are scammish than the ones that are not. Out of the 20 sites I tried, only 6 paid me. Well, technically, it was 3 since the other 3 needed such a high amount for you to be able to redeem it, that it would have taken about half a year to do so.

Do NOT do any PTC sites, they just aren't worth your time. Go to TremorGames or do the TF2 idling at best.

But to be fair, I did this whole thing more than 2 years ago now, so maybe the waters calmed down there somewhat. In any case, it's only worth it if you can get a lot of referrals, which is shitty.

I do this. I've gotten $18 in Amazon funds and about $10 in PayPal funds in 2 months. Not bad considering I can quickly do this while watching gaming loading screens.
