Max Payne 3 on Nuuvem is locked?

Hey,

i found this: http://www.nuuvem.com.br/produto/2393-max-payne-3

"REGION LOCKED: Não é possível ativar esse jogo em países como Itália, França, Rússia, Venezuela e Alemanha. Demais países bloqueados para compra, também estão sujeitos a bloqueio de ativação."

Its regionlocked to activate on Steam or only to buy? Thanks a lot!

Don't do it. As well as the named countries, it states others are also included in the lock.

Read that thread I've posted, another member said:

"Germany: Max Payne 3, LA Noire and GTA IV activated for me without problems after purchasing via Hola."

Another one:

"The Max Payne 3 code works fine with Steam. I just bought it and it's the worldwide version. You'll need Hola to purchase though."

I'm only quoting reddit members, I've not tried it by myself. But you can read the experiences from Germany, Netherlands... So I think is not region locked TO ACTIVATE in the EU.

I was about to buy 2 copy of Max Payne 3 one for me and one to giveaway, then i saw this

Other countries blocked for purchase, are also subject to activation lock.

Im from Mex i think the key will be reg locked :(

I just read that post of Reddit and they said the key is row, but you need to use hola then buy it

Just bought Max Payne 3 and L.A.Noir (both for less then 3 euro) from Nuuvem (with Hola) and activate them in EU2, so they are ROW for sure. Just be careful for specific country bans.
