Videogames with use of realtime high physic like some deusexhr,prey,astroneer,cyberpunk2077,control,quantumbreak need a strong cpu too because must to calculate all the interactions with objects, top of this control has also simulation of differents materials like in quantum break,so yes it require a good powerful new cpu\gpu.

This Control ultimate edition is avaible for free for amazon prime users, after you pay them, so isn't completly free, anyways.
So i started playing and as always I like to run MSI afterburner to chek on my FPS if the game doesn't have an in game benchmark, so if i get less than 60 I check for best graphics set ups on the internet and damn.
Finally my MSI GTX 970 with a coreI5 on W10 met its maker and I am able to play 99% of the games on medium or high at 1080, but this game gave me 40 FPS at medium and after I read the 970 need low graphics.
But naturally after some gameplay time I realized you could use all the environment, so basically a whole bunch of interactive environment are loaded in a single time and I realized that's the biggets problem.
I realized the same while playing crysis back in 2017, I thought the meme was just a joke, but it stil holds up, and then I realized that Crysis loads up a frigging load of interactive environment, that's the problem why you need to play it on low.
