did y win point by creating giveway ?

Hello, you dont gain points by creating a giveaway alone.
Your giveaway needs to finish and after you send the key to the winner, the winner has to mark it as "received".
only then you gain points/Contribution level

You've got plenty of useful links in your last discussion, I know you're new but this stuff is in the FAQ every new user should read.

Contributor value/levels are gained by creating giveaways.
Points used for entering giveaways are replenished over time.

Mainly what AiKirika you can get points once the winner marked the game as received (obliviously this is to prevent fake giveaways). Also note that not all games will give you contribution value (if they have, at anytime been given away for free, no contribution points are distributed, which is the case with Zball V).
