What do you think the new Origin's On The House game will be?

Probably other games found in the EA bundle first.

I'm assuming another Origin bundle game, but would like to be proven wrong.

Hoping for some old NFS or Mass Effect

I expect that they're not gonna do this all the time, so no free game for a while. I could be wrong

It'd be cool to see BF3 but I don't think that would happen.

i will love to check Mass effect or the first Crysis. and if it comes with the "i will not going to give EA any money" even better.

Its highly unlikely that it will be something other than one of the games from the Humble bundle. EA has neither the motivation nor the tendency to give away something that it can charge people for. The Humble Bundle was a good PR event to raise money for charity and boost their user counts on Origin, so they stood to benefit a lot. Giving away a non-bundled game this month has minimal upside, unless its something they think they can make money seling its DLC.
