What links are allowed?

I think most links are ok. Only ref links are not allowed

Devp site, greenlight, groups etc. I think nothing wrong with these kind of links as long as nothing is being required.

Most of the time, links are fine. Referral links are always suspension worthy, but there are others which will bring issues.

If you get a spam bot trying to infect you with a risky link, don't share that here. Spreading it only helps them and can get you in trouble.

Other malicious links can also earn a suspension, one user in the past posted a link here that would replace the avatar of anyone to click it. Others have posted a link that would result in the user clicking it to be logged out of SteamGifts.

The last type of links you don't want to post is anything involving calling out a user.

in the GA page you can promote whatever you want. still no ref links.
on the forum it's frowned upon unless there is a GA, but i think still allowed

If a link gives you any advantage in any way gaining something is considered a ref link , any link that is a simple article for a game or a youtube song you get the point its ok

Also, you shouldn't use links that were shortened goo.gl 'cause you should always be able to see where they lead.
