I don't understand.
The "no begging" rule really isn't that hard to comprehend.
Seriously, if you need a game that badly, sell a kidney. Get another job. Apply for an EU grant.

There are more than enough free games out there to keep you entertained for years.
Try Spelunky for instance. League of Legends? Ragnarok Online?
Games are a luxury. You don't need to get $60 AAA brand new titles to live. If you want my advice start only buying things on Steam Sale if ever. Sure you'll be 'behind the times', but at least your dollars will go way further.
EDIT: Oh and indie bundles. You can pick up many of them for a dollar if you're really in such a dire situation. People may think that's a shitty thing to just pay a dollar, but its still slightly more money than they would have gotten. PS I've never given only a dollar please dont kill me, I'm just trying to be helpful

Although he got banned, so there is not much reason to reply, I just wanted to mention that it might worth getting into groups. Public giveaways with their huge number of entrants are pretty hopeless to win (although it's still worth spending the leftover points on titles that interest you).
I myself won 4 times out of 707 entries. 2 of these were giveaways for a small group (less than 40 entrants), one was the recent "sure win" Fairie Solitaire giveaway, and I had the luck to win a public giveaway, but the key I was given did not work, and I couldn't get the gifter to reply to any of my messages about it (which makes me a sad panda, since I would've appreciated some conversation on the matter even if he hadn't been able to provide a working activation key -- after all, it was a giveaway, not a deal).
But hey, that's how it works, and I'm absolutely fine with that. This site isn't about making someone else pay for your gaming life. It's more like a 'give and take' lottery where you share the things you don't need, and have a chance in return to get something that may interest you. And we also have an interesting community here. :P
