family's credit cards, etc. or he could trade for a copy with a couple of cards for instance. it's whether they're willing or not. if you check out his steam profile he definitely has games that cost money, dota items etc. so he could definitely make internet transactions

Or if this wasn't a hospice account and I had any assets to use as I wish. But then again; companies and players have been extremely generous over the years. So generous that we have been able to gift games back to this community. So missing this would not be any hardship as we have many games to play. :)
