Hi there! I'm likely going to stream games on steam that have achievements where I will aim to clear completion content (in terms of achievements). That's the plan for week days, for weekends, I will likely play some mmorpg which I enjoy while slowly aiming to get the achievements too! Beyond that, I do have a plan to engage on a virtual novel or story of sorts for my character I'm streaming with.
All in all, likely will include viewer's decision or luck based games to "choose" the games I will play at times. Will also aim to have play-for-fun or contest-style plays with viewers of course occasionally!
Hope it's not too ambitious or anything. Will see how it goes!

If you want to be a virtual streamer, it's always good to know all the possible details surronding their popularity so to take advantage of other experiences to make yours better.
Look at all popular indipendent ones and try to see why they gained such a big community, and you will see that everyone used a different strong point (a good virtual character, a niche hobby, an open personality, etc.), and try to find yours. Usually just being yourself should be fine, as long as you have fun and do what you want the people who watch you should have fun as well.
And in case you don't care about popularity or something and you're doing it just because, always having fun and being happy while you stream it's still a good advice.

Hi Narga! Thanks so much for the advice! Yup! In a way, the idea of streaming makes me feel like I can find myself, and to excel from there. No matter, what it's important to enjoy the company or have fun!
Starting from scratch may be a scary thought, but without even trying, it's just a blank "nothing" and I dont see what can go wrong with trying something new than to fail for not even trying! =)

Another advice I can give is not to see it as something that can fail.
There is a possibility of you not going to get many viewers, true, but even then you will do something you like and have fun while doing something new so there's nothing negative about it, and everything bad that could happen can be seen as an experience that can make you grow. Wish you luck and a fun experience!

Ah, actually I always respect anyone that streams. And I understand at the start, there might be 0 viewers, but that does not deter you to enjoy the game or talking with yourself. It actually builds up your confidence in a way!

May i suggest to you to check and maybe add more streamers from the Sg community so if you have build up a steady amount of followers to host them sometimes and who knows they ending up maybe hosting you restulting sometimes in a greater viewerbase who might stick around. As i am no expert i have no idea if this idea works out but just thought it could be a nice suggestion :)

Ah! I think my first priority is to just build a community and have fun first. Making more content and growing is the secondary after everything is stable and I get used to the knicks and knacks of streaming in general. Thanks for the encouragement too!

Hi everyone!
I'm Snowie and I'm here to introduce myself here and hopefully build up a community from scratch.
First of all, I have never tried streaming before and a few friends told me to try it. Had always be totally bad with things that may expose me to people in general, and was scared to even try it.
However, after some chat and people convincing me to try it, I decided to just do it!
You may be wondering what I am planning to do. I'm currently streaming on Twitch and have recently started around end June!
The aim will likely to be similar to what I'm doing for quite a long while (the first point) and to do even more!
This is the first time I probably try streaming, so any support will be greatly welcome.
