Going to place Black Ops II giveaway. Is it allowed ?

I mean the game hasn't been released yet so uh ... The rules stated nothing about gifting pre-orders so I suppose it's possible to give it away?

I've recently placed three giveaways . I didn't know there's a limit to how much you can giveaway.

So question is,

Am I allowed to giveaway Black Ops II here in Steam Gifts ? Before I buy it , I need to know first.

One more thing, zombies 8 player coop. Not a bad thing . Right ?

You are totally allowed, as long as you have it in your steam inventory.

You don't need to have it in your inventory, but it's preferred. Else you'll have a bunch of paranoid people screaming fake! fake!.. he doesn't have it in his inventory..

If it's in the list, it's allowed. The only thing you shouldn't do is mislabel your giveaway.
Pre-orders are allowed too.

Whenever your giveaway ends, make sure you have it ready to send to the winner. Don't give it to him/her when it releases in November, they should get the gift soon after they win (for the sake of courtesy) :)
