Question about the Indie Bundles currently on sale on Steam

If i buy a bundle, and i own some games in it, will i get those games as gifts or i will lose them?
I'm willing to buy the day 5 bundle for YS: The Oath in Felghana but i already own Audio, Gemini Rue and Greed :P
