depends. if it's something urgent like a reroll request, you might get an answer the very same day. if it's not that urgent, it might take more than a year. stay tight.

that's the exciting part. it's just like winning giveaway. Totally random. can take 2 days or 4 months. but keep trying keep entering giveaways or submitting tickets n you'll surely win or be answered.
if you have 3 rabbits feet n 6 horseshoes all banging on that top hat of yours, then you can get more lucky though.

The question you are actually trying to ask is "how much time takes to SteamTrades Support to answer ?"

Compare the Roles with the number of Users with the roles of interest and you'll find your answer.

Yeah there's only a single person other than the admin who has permissions to deal with SteamTrades issues. We've been discussing this problem, but as Bobofatt says below, anything involving the admin will take a long time :P

depends on what type of ticket you wrote, for a running giveaway only a few seconds, for a giveaway problem like the guy says, there was no key a few weeks and for player reports more like for ever xD

Whenever they have spare time to answer tickets. Remember the support member are volunteers.

Reputation issues = long time
Backlogged User Reports = long time
Permanent Suspension Removal = long time

Everything else is typically within a day or two now. Though if it's something the admin has to take care of = long time.

Just curious - is it pointless to open multiple tickets for the same user for multiple infringements? Or is it suggested to open multiple tickets?
