Which God of War game?

Get the 1 & 2 re-release for PS3.

I suggest you god of war ascension or god of war 3.

I've enjoyed all of them, but you can either play them in chronological order or by order of release. I think the remastered PS2 games on PS3 were terrific, and you can get the 2-pack for cheap. Its called the God of War Collection and it can usually be had for a couple of bucks. GoW III was an excellent sequel, and the PSP-to-PS3 God of War Origins Collection adds some nice back filler to the story. I haven't played Ascension yet, though.

well god of war 3 is very good but the psp god of wars have some performance issues I suggest you get them for ps3.

Just buy "God of War Saga"
you will get: God of War, God of War II, God of War III, and God of War: Origins Collection which includes: God of War: Chains of Olympus and God of War: Ghost of Sparta

If you want to play only one it must be God of War 3 on PS3, it is far better than any other God of War.

God of War Saga, or mmm if you not want to start with the first ones go with the third, it´s the best :P

1, 2 and 3 are all pretty good (1>3>2 IMHO). You can probably find the Saga collection which includes the trilogy and the PSP games for cheap, but if not, pick up the HD collection (1 and 2) and GoW3. If you want more value for your money, the HD collection's probably your best bet, since it's 2 games, even if they're 8 years old with PS2 graphics.
