Problem with entering giveaways

See I wanted to enter a giveaway for this Deus Ex dlc and it says I'm missing the base game when it's already on my account and activated. Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Sync account and maybe work

Account-> Sync account-> Sync with Steam

Nope, it happens for me with dlc's:; ale pack for dwarvs and with one for serious sam II
