Puzzle

So I took the road less traveled by.
And I barely made it out alive.
Through the darkness somehow I survived.
Though love, I knew it from the start.
Deep down in the depths of my revil heart.

Outgrown my past and I've shed my skin.
Letting it go and I'll start again, start again.
Never look back, it's a waste of time.
I said: "Oh yeah, this is me.
And I'm right here where I wanna be."

I said: "Hell yeah! This is me.
Right where I'm supposed to be."

Solution

The first letter of each line and the number of the line formed a coordinate. Here are all the coordinates and their correspondent elements:

(0, S) - B1
(1, A) - B0
(2, T) - D5
(3, T) - EF
(4, D) - A3
(0, O) - A8
(1, L) - C5
(2, N) - D1
(3, I) - D2
(4, A) - D3
(0, I) - D4
(1, R) - C3

Removing the ".png" from the image URL and converting the numbers in the image description from Hexadecimal to Text also resulted in the same path. This was the second method to get the code.
