I can only guess, but since you bought 4 seperate items on eBay I am going to assume that they are not from the same seller.
When I ordered stuff on Amazon or other shops I sometimes get charged when the seller sent the item or approved the purchase, so maybe it takes a day until the seller comes online and ships the stuff, then charges you.
But as I said it's just a guess.

Can you post links for the items? Maybe they were delisted but the shopping cart didn't catch up in time.

Probably either the headset and the usb drive were out of stock, or their sellers don't ship to your country? Could you check the exact pages for them and comb over the details again?
Edit: You could also look at Paypal's Transactions (via Paypal's website) to look at what you actually bought if it helps any.

So i just got my first paycheck from walmart and i open up my bank account and all that jazz. So i go to ebay after signing up on paypal to buy 4 things. A chair, headset, Shadowrun (2007), and a micro Sd usb drive. I bought them all at the same time using the ebay cart. I was charged for the chair and shadowrun immediately but was never charged for my headset or the usb drive and now theyre not showing up in my purchase history. Any help for a newbie?
