I just enter giveaways for games I wanna play.
I don't want garbage that I just won't play on my Steam library.
Better to have fewer games, but quality ones.
Also, I'd prefer to gift Steam Wallet funds to people rather than games.
But yeah, perfect groups for doing these things don't exist (or at least cannot be easily found).
