I had a very hard time just now, trying to create a giveaway for the group, I've never had this problem before. Of course it is hard to find the group name since there is no longer a name displayed. Ie, I go to steamgifts.com/giveaways/new to create a new giveaway, and under section 6. Who Can Enter, I could not find the group. I looked for it's icon, I looked for any group that matched the number of members. Only after I refreshed that page many times did I finally find it (icon only, no name).

Now I just tried to create another giveaway, and IT HAPPENED AGAIN. I can not find the group. I've refreshed the page many times, I've told steamgifts.com to "Sync my account" many times. The only thing I have not tried is to empty my browser cache, but right now it's dinner time, so I'll try that later.

Can we get the title for the group put back the way it used to be, please?

EDIT: I finally found it again, but it keeps moving around (maybe it confuses things by not having a title), so even when I can find it, it's not easy.

The group's name disappeared. it's really confusing and makes creating giveaways for this group neddlessly difficult. What happened?

And I have another question, if you'd kindly explain, that would be appreciated: Why are some people accepted into the group straight away, while others get a "test" marker? What's the criteria, please?

May I ask what you exactly mean by "gift difference not lower than -50$"? I'm quiet new to SG and can't really pinpoint what this means.

LieEater, about the group name being blank. I had this problem with my Gifts On Deck Group. I had to submit a ticket to STEAM support. They had my "edits" in a queue which never got resolved. So they resolved it for me.
