I've never created all that many threads, so I moved my closed ones as well. But at least having the Open threads in the proper categories helps.

It depends. A lot of closed threads still have useful value. Game recommendations, bugs/problems, pictures of kitties.

Thanks! I figure if everyone at least moves a few (especially open ones), it'll tidy things up a bit. And I'm sure the mods have enough to do without re-sorting threads into their proper places.
And yes, I tend to suck at people's puzzles. I usually view things quite differently from others, so trying to interpret their puzzles confound me.

That'd be nice, although I'm not sure how the tool would be able to know which category we intended for it to go into. There's always keywords, but that can be nebulous at best.

I moved all 8 of my threads. The problem with categorizing them like this is that it removes the ambiguity of a post. "Is this some sort of hidden giveaway, or is he really that much of an idiot?"

There are 87,732 uncategorized threads in the Steamgifts Forum. Please take a moment and move them to the correct category. You can do so by clicking the Edit button on your open threads. Assigning or changing categories will not bump or re-open threads, but merely keep things tidy.
Edit: We've made a little progress, so here's a little giveaway.
Edit 2: People have done quite well! Granted, there's still a ton of old topics rotting away in the Uncategorized category, but getting the active ones in the respective categories is the most important part.
Because people have done well, and because there's still some active threads in the Uncategorized category, here's some more giveaways to bump this thread. I ended up having to buy the bundle again, so I might as well give the keys away!
