Does any game have enough budget to provide an actual storyline that responds to the entire, logical outcome of your choices? Not even Mass Effect avoids the spectacle of fake freedom.

Mass Effect 2 and 3 are shitty RPG, so they are really bad examples.
There's Heavy Rain that could really use "movie-mode", where choices are done randomly and you just watch it like some TV-show. And Witcher 2 has two different Act 2, depending who you chose to support.
But most of the times your choices affect epilogues where you can see what your choices done.
